How to get to Holy Village

Riding hall is wheelchair accessible.

Location

The riding hall is located in the village called Světce (Holy Village), approximately 2.5 km west of the center of the town of Tachov.

By car

From the center of Tachov, take Prokop Veliký Street towards Svobodka. At the large intersection in the village of Světce, cross the bridge. The parking lot is located approximately 50 meters from the riding hall.

By train

The nearest train station is in the town of Tachov, which is approximately 3 km from the riding hall. We recommend walking around the church to the square and then continuing along the pedestrian route shown below.

Trains to Tachov run from the direction of Domažlice or Planá. Planá is located directly on the main train route from Cheb to Prague to Ostrava, and all fast, express, and regional trains stop here.

On foot

There are a total of three routes from the town of Tachov to the Holy Village .

The first route leads from the center of the town along Knížecí Alley. This route will take you 30 minutes.

The second route goes from Pobřežní Street, where is also a parking lot. This route will take you 20 minutes.

The third route leads over Mount Vysoká, where is a lookout tower that offers beautiful views. This route will take about 45 minutes and is suitable for physically fit individuals.

On bike

The riding hall is located directly on the main cycling route No. 36, which runs from Měděnec to Všeruby. From Tachov, the route passes along an asphalt bike path under Mount Vysoká.

Wheelchair access

The building is equipped with low thresholds and an elevator for the comfort of visitors with mobility impairments.
